歐盟對 11 個國家和地區的適足性認定進行審查，結果出爐

歐盟於2024年1月15日對包括安道爾（Andorra）、阿根廷（Argentina）、加拿大（ Canada）、法羅群島（Faroe Islands）、根西島（Guernsey）、馬恩島（the Isle of Man）、以色列（Israel）、澤西島（Jersey）、紐西蘭（New Zealand）、瑞士（Switzerland）和烏拉圭（Uruguay）等11個國家和地區的適足性認定進行審查，認為這些國家和地區的個人資料保護水準仍然符合GDPR要求，而可持續自由流動個資。
